Norm Basden Suffers Stroke

Altoona, AL — Southern Gospel Promoter Norm Basden of Oneonta, Alabama, suffered a stroke on Thursday, August 17. Mr. Basden was driving on Alabama Highway 79 near Birmingham when he lost consciousness and crossed the median and collided with an 18–wheeler. He was transported to a local hospital where he later suffered a major stroke.

He is still in the Intensive Care Unit at a local hospital. The family is seeing some improvements but ask that you continue to pray for Norm as he will be in the hospital/rehab for an extended amount of time.
