Please remember Roy Pauley and his wife Amy in prayer as they continue to recover after a recent car accident. They were driving from one concert date to another one in Bradenton, Florida, and a car pulled out right in front of them. They crashed, and the force pushed the Pauleys into a deep ditch beside the highway.

Amy writes,

“Roy’s sternum was fractured and there was a little bleeding, so the doctor kept him overnight for observation. I have a fracture in my right hand. There is a lot of bruising, pain and difficulty in breathing, but I think we’ll make it! We had seat belts on and all the airbags went off saving our lives, but they sure cause a lot of pain! We thank God for sparing our lives. We don’t want to miss more dates than we have to, so I just sent this message to ask for your prayers for quick healing. Thank you!”

Roy is a former bass singer for the Statesmen, and he currently writes a monthly column for Singing News. He travels and performs concerts with Amy, who sings and also accompanies Roy on piano.
