Sorry, I am a little late with this post. Carolyn and I were in Myrtle Beach for several days attending the "Singing In The Sun." It was GREAT !!!
Here a some of the photos from the 2007 "Singing In The Sun." ___________________________________________________
Carolyn and I spent some time at Broadway on the Beach and we found a new friend. I named him "McCray."
A real good close up of "McCray".
When you're in Myrtle Beach, do go to Broadway on the Beach and DO.. eat at the Crabhouse while you're there.
The exhibition Hall was a busy place.
Several thousand Southern Gospel Fans attended this years "Singing In The Sun."
Video and Audio set up for the stage.
Production area for the big screens.
Before and after...What? Tara Jackson Booth.
Your were right Ray, you're eyes were closed. You really need to stay out of the sun more.
Now that's concentration... Jeff Stice of Triumphant Quartet.
Surprise.... Mrs. Greg Cook.
Mr. Greg Cook, I wonder what she was so surprised about?
The Ray Flynn table was loaded with kids.
Three Bridges proved to be real crowd pleasers on stage, and were in my class when it comes to groceries. I therefore predict a HUGE future for this trio.
Tony "Muncie" Greene seemed a bit down....
I guess Nick Trammell with the Perrys and Tony Greene (Mr. Daisy) were holding a teeth contest.
Concert Promoter Frank Arnold was in charge of the sound and video for this event.
Carolyn and Ceil Buchanan (A Singing News Fan Award "Super Fan" Winner - 2002) visiting at the Singing News table. This can't be good. They say they don't gossip, they say they just share the news. They say pigs can't fly also. By the way, "Whose Hand Is That?"
Till next time. . .
