On Thursday, August 11, about 3500 Southern Gospel Music fans made their way to the High Country Fairgounds in Boone, NC, to take part in the Everette Greene Memorial Gospel Jubilee. Here are a few photo memories...

Here we have the first group that sang on Thursday, the Mark Trammell Trio. Mark (in the blue shirt) is trying to read the words to a new song. The words are on a card placed on the floor in front of the monitor.

Kevin Spencer & Friends were next.

Meanwhile, back over at the Mark Trammell Trio table, Eric Phillips (yellow shirt) wanted to know if I had a wide angle lens so we could get Joseph in the picture. Sorry, Joseph! Eric made me do it.

Jeff & Sheri Easter were back in Boone for 2005. They've appeared on the vast majority of the Jubilees.

Greater Vision was also in Boone this year, but I failed to get a photo of them on stage. However, here is Gerald Wolfe with longtime friend Larry Sigman of Ohio discussing one of their favorite things - food! They were debating which restaurant in Nashville is their favorite. Ultimately, "The Palm" in downtown Nashville was declared the best. Gerald's buying.

Here are two tenors and a piano player. (L/R) Eric Phillips (Mark Trammell Trio), John Jeffery (Greenes) and Jason Waldroup (Greater Vision).
