The Calm Before The Storm (#320)

Wow!
I just got back from the exhibition area at Freedom Hall and all I can say is ... wow! It is huge! I've been coming the NQC for nearly 30 years (gosh, that hurts when I say that), and I've never seen such a massive display of booths. Maybe it's just the new layout or perhaps there are just that many more booths, but in any case, it's huge.
Throughout the night, exhibitors will be putting up their booths and such, and in just a matter of hours, what was once a gigantic slab of concrete will be carpeted with dozens of aisles criss-crossing throughout the room.
Naturally, we want everyone who's at the NQC to come by the Singing News booth - we're near the Food Court once again (Jerry Kirksey will be thrilled!) and we're near the Hoppers and the Florida Boys, as well as one of the main entrances to the exhibit hall. We're proud to unveil our new booth for 2006 and we invite you to visit with us for a while.
That's it for now ... be looking for photos soon!
Provided, of course, that I remember how to do that.
