Family United: The Bowling Family Benefit Concert
The concert was a HUGE success. Some of the biggest names in Southern Gospel music gathered on one stage, on one night, to help out their dear friends in need, The Bowling Family. Fans from around the country packed the Trinity Music City Auditorium, and thousands of people listened LIVE, as the Southern Gospel community sang, praised, prayed, laughed, and donated their time and resources to be a blessing to a part of their family.
If you attended the concert, or listened on the radio or online, you know how great of an experience it was. But if you missed it, we have great news. In conjunction with Solid Gospel Radio, the concert will be broadcast once again this Tuesday night, August 10th, from 6pm to 9pm Central Time. Tune your radio dial to Solid Gospel, or listen online at www.solidgospel.com, and re-live one of the grandest nights ever in Southern Gospel music, or hear it for the first time! You don't want to miss it!

Solid Gospel,
Singing News Magazine and many of your favorite members of the Southern Gospel family are coming together to help one of our own, The Bowling Family.
On July 1st, the Bowling Family was involved in a horrible bus accident just outside of Charlotte, NC. Everyone was taken to a nearby hospital, with Mike being life flighted from the scene. Mike, Kelly, Terah and the rest of the Bowling Family are finally back home in Nashville, TN. The recovery road is going to be a long one. Mike has a fractured skull, multiple injuries to his face and will most likely require future surgeries. Kelly has a broken vertebrae and foot. She is in a hospital bed and body brace. She is confined to that for several months and surgery is still questionable. Terah has an injured arm and is in pain, but overall is doing well. Katelanne, Mike and Kelly's six-year-old daughter, has a broken collar bone. She has already had plastic surgery to repair a deep laceration on her face. Everyone is grateful to be alive. Proceeds from the concert will provide relief for the family during this time.
