Daywind Records Has Strong Success With 15 Singing News Fan Awards

Hendersonville, TN - Daywind Records celebrated an exciting and rewarding evening with their incredible family of artists on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, in Louisville, Kentucky. The Singing News held its annual Fan Awards during the National Quartet Convention in Freedom Hall on Saturday evening, and Daywind artists took home 15 out of 21 awards presented. Daywind artist, the Booth Brothers, garnered eight of the 15.
Recipients included Jeff Stice (Triumphant Quartet) for Favorite Musician, Joseph Habedank (Perrys) for Favorite Young Artist, Jacob Kitson (Greater Vision) for Favorite Horizon Individual, Ronnie Booth (Booth Brothers) for Favorite Male Vocalist, Michael Booth (Booth Brothers) for Favorite Tenor, Ronnie Booth (Booth Brothers) for Favorite Lead, Jim Brady (Booth Brothers) for Favorite Baritone, Rodney Griffin (Greater Vision) for Favorite Songwriter, Libbi Stuffle (Perrys) for Favorite Alto, Eric Bennett (Triumphant Quartet) for Favorite Bass, Triumphant Quartet for Favorite Male Quartet, and the Booth Brothers for Favorite Trio and Favorite Artist. The Booth Brothers also received Favorite Album (Room For More) and Favorite Song of the Year ("What Salvation's Done For Me").
Norman Holland, Vice President and Director of A & R at Daywind Records, expressed what a thrill this is for the record company.
