Apple Cake

Ingredients

2 Cups chopped apples

1/2 Cup salad oil

1 egg

1 teaspoon soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 Cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/3 Cups flour

1/4 teaspoon allspice

1 Cup chopped nuts

Instructions

Pour sugar over apples. Let stand 30 minutes. Add salad oil and egg. Stir well. Sift flour and spices and add to apple mix. Add nuts and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
