1 package yellow cake mix1 (5 1/2 oz) can apricot nectar2 teaspoons lemon extract3/4 Cups cooking oil4 eggs, separated
In mixing bowl, put cake mix, oil, apricot nectar, egg yolks and lemon extract. With mixer turned to low, beat approximately 5 minutes. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven
