Sour Cream Pound Cake


Ingredients

2 sticks butter

6 eggs

1/4 teaspoon soda

1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon extract

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

3 Cups sugar

1 Cup sour cream

3 Cups sifted cake flour

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream, add mixture of soda and flour, gradually, beating with mixer at a low speed. Add vanilla. Pour into cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
