Carrot Cake


Ingredients

3 Cups flour

2 Cups sugar

2 Cups grated carrots

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Cup salad oil

2 teaspoons soda

2 eggs

1 Cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Pour into greased, floured stem pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until brown.
