Carioca Bars


Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups flour

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 1/4 Cups brown sugar

1/2 Cup corn oil

2 oz chocolate, melted

1/2 Cup Four

1 Cup chopped nuts

Instructions

Sift dry ingredients; combine sugar and oil; mix together. Add eggs one at a time. Beat thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake in a well-greased 15 1/2 x 11-inch pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut while warm; cool in pan.
