Sugarless Health Cookies


Ingredients

1 Cup raisins

1 Cup chopped apples

7 Tablespoons margarine

2 eggs, beaten

3 teaspoons liquid sweetener

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Cup flour

1 teaspoon soda

3/4 Cup chopped nuts

Instructions

Combine raisins, apples and 1 cup water in saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes. Add margarine; stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill in refrigerator. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes or unt
