1 (10 oz) package apricots1/4 Cup apricot juice3/4 Cup butter or margarine1/2 Cup chopped walnuts1 Cup flaked coconut1 3/4 Cup sugar2 Cups sifted flour1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Cook apricots according to directions on package, without adding sugar. Drain. Add 3/4 cup sugar and apricot juice; simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Cream butter and remaining sugar until light and fluffy. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
