1 - 4 oz bar German sweet chocolate4 Tablespoons butter1 egg1 Cup powdered sugar, sifted1 large package miniature colored marshmallowsShredded coconut
Melt butter and chocolate. Stir in beaten egg and powdered sugar. Add chocolate mixture to marshmallows in a large bowl; mix well. Form into 3 rolls and roll each in coconut. Wrap in wax paper and chill well before slicing. Makes about 3 dozen.
