1/2 Cup butter1 - 3 oz package cream cheese1 1/4 Cup flourFilling:1 egg3/4 Cup brown sugar, firmly packed1 Tablespoon melted butter1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon vanilla1 Cup chopped pecans
In small mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually mix in flour until blended. Place about 1 rounded teaspoonful of pastry in each cup of miniature muffin pan. Shape into shells, using fingertips to press dough to sides
