First layer:1 Cup graham cracker crumbs1/2 Cup coconut1/4 Cup melted oleoSecond layer:1 stick oleo1 - 8 oz package cream cheese1 Cup sugarTop layer:2 envelopes unflavored gelatin1/4 Cup sugar4 egg yolks1/2 Cup water
First layer: Spread on bottom of pan.
Second layer: Cream together, then add 2 eggs. Beat until fluffy. Add 1 can pineapple tidbits and pour over crumbs. Then cover with fresh strawberries.
Top layer: Mix together and stir over boiling water until melted.
