1 unbaked 9╙ pastry shell1 - 23 oz can whole sweet potatoes1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter1 Cup sugar1 Cup evaporated milk4 eggs1 teeaspoon vanilla flavoring1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Mash potatoes. Add melted butter (not margarine) and sugar. Add milk. Mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat vigorously between each addition. Add vanilla and nutmeg. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pastry shell and bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minute
