Caramel Cream Pudding


Ingredients

1 Cup sugar

2 eggs

1 quart milk

2 Tablespoons cornflour

Pinch of salt

Vanilla

Instructions

Put sugar in saucepan with a little water and boil until brown, then add milk and simmer until melted. Beat eggs well, mix corn flour and salt wit h a little of the milk and add to beaten eggs, then mix all together and stir until boiling. Cool slightly,
