Crisp Apple Scallop Pudding


Ingredients

1 quart sliced and stewed apples

3/4 Cup corn flakes

1/2 Cup butter

1/3 Cup light brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (may be omitted if desired)

Instructions

Place apples in shallow baking dish. Blend cornflakes with butter, using two knives. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle crumbs over apples and bake in a moderate oven until slightly brown.
