1 quart sliced and stewed apples3/4 Cup corn flakes1/2 Cup butter1/3 Cup light brown sugar1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (may be omitted if desired)
Place apples in shallow baking dish. Blend cornflakes with butter, using two knives. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle crumbs over apples and bake in a moderate oven until slightly brown.
