1 lb nuts, cut up (pecans)1 lb dates, cut up1 lb graham cracker crumbs1 lb marshmallows, cut upEnough pineapple juice to moisten
Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly. Add enough pineapple juice to moisten. Shape into a long roll. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Chill. When ready to serve, slice and top with whipped cream and maraschino cherry. Serves 32
