2 eggs1 Cup sugar1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon cloves1/2 Cup pecan halves1/2 Cup seedless raisins (soften by simmering in small about of water)1 Tablespoons butter (melted)
Beat eggs until light and thick. Add gradually the sugar which has been sifted with the cinnamon and cloves. Add pecans and raisins and butter.
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold into above mixture. As you fold, add 1 tablespoon vinegar. P
