Apricot Souffle


Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup chopped, drained, canned apricots

Measure syrup and add water to equal 2 cups

3/4 Cup cold water

2/3 cup Miracle Whip

1/3 Cup ginger ale

1 (8 oz) package soft cream cheese

2 egg whites, beaten stiff with 1/4 cup sugar
