Strawberry-Rhubarb Souffle


Ingredients

4 Cups sliced rhubarb

1 Cup sugar

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

3 egg whites

1 pint strawberries, coarsely chopped

2 Cup whipped cream

Instructions

Combine rhubarb and 3/4 cup of the sugar in a 2 quart glass dish. Cover with Saran Wrap and poke vent hole. Microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring once. Chill, covered in refrigerator. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Microwa
