2 (3oz) packages lemon Jell-O2 Cups hot water1 3/4 Cup cold water3 tart apples1 Cup mayonnaise1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add cold water. Chill to thicken slightly. Core and chop the apples. Fold into the thickened Jell-O. Pour into a ring mold, rinsed in cold water. Chill until firm.
