Black Bottom Pie


Ingredients

Crust:

1 1/4 Cups graham cracker crumbs

1 Tablespoon powdered sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 Cup melted butter

Filling:

1 envelope (1 tablespoon) unflavored gelatin

1/4 Cup cold water

1 Cup sugar

1 Tablespoon cornstarch

Dash salt

1 3/4 Cups milk, scalded

Instructions

Combine crust ingredients, mixing to blend. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie plate; set aside. Soften gelatin in water; set aside. Combine 1/2 cup of the sugar with cornstarch and salt; stir into scalded milk. Beat egg yolks in top of double boiler; gradua
