3 eggs2 1/4 Cups sugar6 heaping Tablespoons flour3 teaspoons baking powder3 Cups apples, chopped1 Cup chopped pecans2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix all together. Bake in a deep dish at 350 degrees until it raises in the middle and shrinks. Makes a hollowed out appearance.
