3/4 Cups sugar1 egg, beaten lightly1/2 Cup flour1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder2 medium apples, sliced1/2 Cup chopped nuts1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix sugar and eggs well. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add to egg mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Place in greased 9╙ pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve plain or with ice cream.
