1 Cup melted butter2 Cups sugar2 eggs3 Cups chopped apples (do not peel)1 Cup chopped pecans3 Cups flour1 teaspoons flour1 teaspoons cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir with a spoon (do not use a mixer). Batter is very thick. Place in an ungreased 9x13╙ baking dish. Bake at 350 degress for 40 minutes. Cool and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
