Coconut Cream Pie


Ingredients

3/4 Cup sugar

1/3 Cup all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

3 slightly beaten egg yolks

2 Tablespoons butter or oleo

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup flaked coconut

1 9-inch baked pie shell

Instructions

In pan combine sugar, flour and salt. Stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Stir small amount of hot mixture into yolks, return to hot mixture and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add butter, van
