Strawberry Yum-Yum


Ingredients

Crumbs:

1 Cup flour

1/4 Cup brown sugar

1/2 Cup melted oleo

1 Cup chopped pecans

Filling:

2 10 oz packages of frozen strawberries, thawed

2 egg whites

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 Cup sugar

Instructions

Crumbs:

Mix together and spread in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Will be light brown in color. Remove from oven and cool completely. Use only 2/3 of the crumb mixture.
