1 quart strawberries1 1/2 Cups water1 1/2 Cups sugar1/4 Cup cornstarch (scant)1 package strawberry Jello
Bake and cool pie shell. Cook until thickened water, sugar, cornstarch. Add the strawberry Jello. Cool and pour over strawberries which have been cut in half and placed in the shell. When congealed, spread top with whipped cream or whipped topping.
