Chocolate Ice Box Pie


Ingredients

1 6oz package semi-sweet chocolate bits

2 Tablespons sugar

3 Tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 egg yolks

4 egg white, beaten stiff

1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped

1 9╙ baked pie shell

Instructions

Put chocolate pieces, sugar and milk in the top of double boiler. Blend over hot water; cool. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time. Beat the egg whites until stiff; fold chocolate mixture into the egg whites. Pour over cooled baked pie
