1 6oz package semi-sweet chocolate bits2 Tablespons sugar3 Tablespoons milk1 teaspoon vanilla4 egg yolks4 egg white, beaten stiff1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped1 9╙ baked pie shell
Put chocolate pieces, sugar and milk in the top of double boiler. Blend over hot water; cool. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time. Beat the egg whites until stiff; fold chocolate mixture into the egg whites. Pour over cooled baked pie
