1 Cup Crisco2 3/4 Cups sugar6 eggs1 Tablespoon vanilla1 Tablespoon butter extract3 Cups cake flour1/4 teaspoon soda1 Cup sour cream1 can Angel Flake Coconut
Cream together Crisco and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating continuously. Add flour, soda and salt alternately with sour cream. Add coconut. Bake in tube pan at 300 degrees one hour or until done.
