1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon sugar3 eggs1 Cup oil2 Cups sugar2 Cups self rising flour2 small jars apricot baby food1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon allspice3/4 Cup nuts (optional)
Grease and flour a bundt pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
