1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Deluxe Two Cake Mix3/4 Cup oil10 oz of 7-Up or 1 1/4 Cups1 box instant pudding, vanilla4 eggsFrosting:1 Cup coconut1 stick oleo1 Cup sugar1 Tablespoon flour1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
Mix first 5 ingredients with an electric mixer. Bake in greased and floured pan 9x13x2 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting:
Mix in pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken. Add crushed pineapple. Put on top of cake.
