2 lbs raisins1 lb citron2 1/2 lbs currants3/4 lb flour, regular1 teaspoon baking powder9 eggs1 1/2 lbs sugar1 lb butter1 wine glass sherry1 wine glass whiskey1 teaspoon mixed spices
Chop raisins, citron, currants. Sift flour with baking powder into fruits and mix. Separate eggs, cream yolks, butter and sugar. Add stiffly beaten egg whites and fruit mixture. Mix and knead with hands. Stir in liquid and spices. Divide into 2 deep 10 in
