Crust:
Crush graham crackers with rolling pin. Melt margarine in a glass baking dish. (corning skillet works fine.) Remove from heat. Add cracker crumbs and sugar and line sides and bottom of skillet.
Filling:
Have cheese at room temperature. Beat cheese
