Apple Torte


Ingredients

1 cup sifted flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 Cup broken nuts

2 Cups diced apples

1/1/2 Cups sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs

Instructions

Beat eggs, add sugar, beat well, sift flour, baking powder, salt; stir all together. Add apples, nuts and vanilla; beat well. Bake in buttered pyrex dish or 9x14 casserole for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut in squares and serve hot with whipped crea
