1 1/2 Cups cooked sweet potatoes1 1/2 Cups milk3/4 Cup dark brown sugar4 Tablespoons melted butter2 eggs1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon allspice
Boil sweet potatoes-peel and mash. Place in bowl and add all other ingredients. Beat with rotary beater. Pour filling into pie shell and bake in cneter of oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then turn oven to 325 degrees. Continue to bake until set and go
