Sweet Potato Custard


Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups cooked sweet potatoes

1 1/2 Cups milk

3/4 Cup dark brown sugar

4 Tablespoons melted butter

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

Boil sweet potatoes-peel and mash. Place in bowl and add all other ingredients. Beat with rotary beater. Pour filling into pie shell and bake in cneter of oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then turn oven to 325 degrees. Continue to bake until set and go
