Apricot Squares


Ingredients

1 Cup (2 Sticks) butter (room temperature)

1 Cup sugar

1 egg yolk

2 Cups flour

3/4 Cup finely chopped walnuts

1 (10 oz) jar apricot jam

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter with sugar in large bowl. Add egg yolk and mix well. Stir in flour. Add walnuts and blend well (Dough will be soft). Divide dough in half. Spread half evenly into bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with aprico
