Apple Crunch Cake


Ingredients

1/4 lb butter

1 Cup sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 Cup flour

1/2 Cup chopped nuts

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

2 Cups finely chopped and peeled apples

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into greased 9 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
