Crepes Suzettes


Ingredients

4 eggs

1 Cup milk

1 Cup flour

1/2 Cup melted butter

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon sugar

2 Tablespoons apricot brandy

1 large jar apricot preserves

Confectionerâ•’s sugar

Instructions

Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients, except confectionâ•’s sugar and preserves. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Stir. If it is thicker than heavy cream, add small amount of milk.
