30 Marshmallows cut into pieces1 Cup hot strong coffee1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
Combine coffee and marshmallows in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water, beating until marshmallows are melted. Cool. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into sherbet glasses and refrigerate. Serve garnished with whipped cream.
