Coffee Marshmallow Whipped Dessert


Ingredients

30 Marshmallows cut into pieces

1 Cup hot strong coffee

1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped

Instructions

Combine coffee and marshmallows in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water, beating until marshmallows are melted. Cool. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into sherbet glasses and refrigerate. Serve garnished with whipped cream.
