Chocolate Charlotte Mousse


Ingredients

2-3 large packages lady fingers

12 oz chocolate semi-sweet bits

1/3 Cup water

1 Cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

8 eggs, separated

1 pint heavy cream, whipped

Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Line a 9 or 10 inch tubeless spring form pan on bottom and sides with split lady fingers. In saucepan combine chocolate bits, sugar and water and stir over low heat constantly until melted.
