Coconut Treasure Cake


Ingredients

5 eggs, separated

1 1/4 Cups butter

2 1/2 Cups sugar

1 teaspoon rum extract

2 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour

1 Cup minus 2 Tablespoons milk

1 2/3 Cups coconut

Instructions

1-10 inch pan or Bundt pan. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Have egg whites at room temperature. Beat yolks with butter till well blended. Gradually add sugar, beating till light and fluffy. Blend in extract. At low speed beat in flour alternately with milk,
