Chocolate Upside Down Cake


Ingredients

1 Cup flour

3/4 Cup sugar

1 1/2 Tablespoon cocoa

2 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 Cup milk

2 Tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 Cup brown sugar

1/2 Cup white sugar

1 Cup hot water

2 Tablespoons cocoa

Instructions

Sift first 5 ingredients together, add milk, butter and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan. Make a thin syrup by boiling remaining ingredients for 5 minutes. Pour over batter and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. While baking, syrup sinks to the
