Chocolate Souffle


Ingredients

2 Tablespoons butter

2 Tablespoons flour

3/4 Cup milk

1/2 Cup sugar

3 eggs, separated

1 1/2 squares chocolate, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Melt butter, add flour, pour milk in graduallly, stirring constantly. Add sugar. Melt chocolate over hot water and stir until smooth. Add to first mixture, then add beaten yolks and vanilla. Let cool, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Put in buttere
