Caramel Cake


Ingredients

3/4 Cup butter or margarine

2 Cups brown sugar, packed

4 eggs, separated

3 Tablespoons caramel sauce

2 2/3 Cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

2/3 Cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Brown Sugar Frosting

Instructions

Cream together butter or margarine and sugar. Add beaten egg yolks, caramel sauce and sifted flour, baking powder and salt alternately with the milk. Add vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into three well buttered and floured cake pans. Bake
