1 Cup flourPinch of salt1/4 Cup butter or margarine1 teaspoon sugar1 egg yolkCold water1 egg white2/3 Cup confectioners sugar1 Cup chopped almonds
Sift the flour and salt and mix in the butter or margarine. Add the sugar and egg yolk and enough water to make a firm dough. Knead lightly on a floured board. Press dough into a 6x10 inch pan. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold in the confectioners sugar.
